摘　　要：对草根体育消费进行了引入,提出了草根体育消费的决定因素——金融资本拥有。指出草根体育消费具有扩大内需、推力体育产业发展、践行全民健身等时代价值;目前的体育发展症结在于草根体育消费匮乏,造成这一现象的困境是可支配消费资本的不足,造成不足源于收入水平相对低下、政府保障的不到位和体育消费的弹性需求属性;提出确立"自下而上"的推进取向,提高政府有效体育公共服务供给、发放居民健身卡等推进草根体育消费的路径。The consumption of the introduction of grass - roots sport, grassroots sport consumption made the decision factors - financial capital has. Pointed out that the grass - roots sport consumption has to expand domestic demand, thrust sports industry, and other times the value of fitness to practice ; the crux of the current grass-roots dewdopment of sport consumption, lack of sports~ the plight of this phenomenon is the lack of disposable capital spending, resulting from insufficient income levels are relatively low, the government is not in place to protect the consumers elasticity of demand and sports properties; proposed the establishment of ＂bottom up＂ approach to promote and improve the supply of public services, the government effectively sports, fitness cards of residents to promote grass -roots sports consumption path.
