就业导向机制下中医药院校体育课程职业技能化改革

摘　　要：以就业困境下高校教育运作"就业导向机制"的形成为切入点,以中医药院校普遍开设的学科专业为研究对象,分析其职业特点的共性,与体育课程中具备相应职业要素的项目进行耦合分析,建立了职业技能化的体育课程改革体系的模型,提出了课程改革的构想及操作建议,得出了在平衡中医药院校体育总体发展目标的基础上可以进行局部的、补充型的职业技能化体育课程改革的结论。Take gets employed under the difficult position the university educates the operation ＂the employment guidance mechanism＂ the formation as the breakthrough point, take the Chinese medicine colleges and universities universal start＇s discipline specialty as the object of study, analyzes its professional characteristic the general character, has the corresponding professional essential factor project with the sports curriculum to carry on the coupling analysis, has established the vocational skill sports curriculum reform systemg model, has given the curriculum reform conception and the operation suggestion. Obtained has been possible to carry on partial, the supplement vocational skill sports curriculum reform conclusion in the balanced Chinese medicine colleges and universities sports overall development targets foundation.
