深化完善城区综合管理“大联动”机制的实践与思考

摘　　要：构建城区综合管理"大联动"机制是当前创新社会管理的有益探索和实践,是破解城市综合管理难点,提升城市综合管理能力和应急联动工作水平,促进社会和谐稳定的创新之举。目前,城区综合管理"大联动"机制运作的成效也已逐渐显现。为进一步提高依法管理社会能力,促进社会更加和谐稳定,职能部门应当进一步完善"大联动"工作机制。At present, the constitution of the comprehensive cooperative governance system in urban areas is the good exploration and practice to innovate social administration, to solve its problems, to improve related competency and response and to promote the social harmony and stability as well. Nowadays, the results of the comprehensive cooperative governance system in urban areas have begun to be unveiled. In order to further improve the ability to govern society by law and to reinforce the social harmony and stability, the responsible agencies should further perfect the cooperative governance system.
