摘　　要：从研究深化科技体制改革的背景入手,分析了我国科技体制的现状和存在的主要问题,提出了深化科技体制改革的一些建议。From the background of the science and technology system reform, the current situation of the science and technology system is discussed, and existing problems is analyzed, then puts forward some Suggestions on the reformation of science and technology system.
