摘　　要：最低工资标准变化对就业的影响一直是劳动经济学者关注的重要领域之一,由于涉及的变量过多,究竟其影响是正还是负,不同的研究者因为假设条件的差异,得出了不同的答案,文章从作用机理和实证研究方法的角度对国外相关文献进行系统梳理,并作出简要的评论。The impact of the minimum wage standard on employment has always been one of the most important issues that attract the attention of the scholars. Many scholars have tried to answer whether the impact is positive or negative. But because it involves so many contingencies, that different conclusions have been drawn on the basis of different hypothesis. This article has been aimed at studying the foreign academic papers in a systematic way from the aspect of impact mechanism and empirical study methods, and making a brief comment thereupon.
