摘 要:针对基于射频三极管、阶跃恢复二极管的脉冲源产生的超宽带信号幅度较小、作用距离短,而基于雪崩三级管的脉冲源需要体积较大的电压源等问题,设计了一种基于雪崩三极管的小型化超宽带脉冲源来产生大幅值的超宽带信号,该电路用逆变电路将干电池电压升至所需电压,加至雪崩管集电极产生雪崩效应,输出纳秒级窄脉冲。用示波器测试实际电路产生信号,脉冲宽度约为500ps,幅值约10V。该电路有效地提高了信号幅值,进而提升引信作用距离,且占用空间很小。The current UWB signal for UWB fuze is low voltage,and short range of action based on SRD and RF-BJT and the big voltage fountain is needed in the UWB generator based on avalanche transistor.The small pulse generator for UWB fuze was designed using avalanche transistor instead of diode to create high voltage UWB signal.It used inverted circuit to increase the voltage in the dry cell to the required voltage.The circuit used the voltage to produce nanosecond pulse based on avalanche effect.Through testing the signal by scope,the pulse length was about 500ps,the voltage was about 10V.The circuit improves signal's voltage effectively,and increases the range of action for UWB fuze and it needs small room.
