O,O'二乙基-α-(取代苯胺基)-(取代苯基甲基)膦酸酯的绿色合成

摘　　要：以芳香醛、芳香胺与亚磷酸二乙酯为原料,无溶剂和催化剂存在下,一锅法合成了6种O,O’二乙基-α-(取代苯胺基)-(取代苯基甲基)膦酸酯。以苯甲醛、苯胺与亚磷酸二乙酯的一锅法反应为模板反应,筛选出适宜的反应条件为:n(苯甲醛)∶n(苯胺)∶n(亚磷酸二乙酯)=1∶1∶1.21,00℃下反应2 h,收率达57.7%。采用该合成方法在适宜反应条件下合成其它5种O,O’二乙基-α-(取代苯胺基)-(取代苯基甲基)膦酸酯,收率为51.1%～76.0%。Six kinds of O, O＇ di-ethyl-α-（ substituted phenylamino）-（ substituted phenylmethyl） phospho- nate were synthesized by one-pot condensation reactions of aromatic aldehydes, aromatic amines and 0,0＇ -diethylphosphite. The optimum conditions obtained about one-pot condensation reactions of benzaldehyde, phenylamine and O, O＇ -diethylphosphite were as follows：reaction temperature 100 ℃, n（ benzaldehyde） ：n（phenylamine） ： n（ O, O＇-diethylphosphite） = 1 ： 1 ： 1.2,reaction time 2 h,the yield of the product reached 57.7%. The yields of the others were from 51.1% to 76.0%.
