甘肃胡頽子科野生果树种质资源及开发利用

摘　　要：通过对甘肃省胡頽子科野生果树种质资源的系统调查和综合分析,已查明,甘肃胡頽子科野生果树资源有2属,11种和2个亚种,果实富含维生素、糖类和氨基酸,可生食、酿酒、加工果酱、果糕和果汁,亦可药用。阐述了胡頽子科野生果树资源在甘肃的分布、生境、果实经济性状及用途,对几种经济价值较高的野生果树的化学成分及利用价值进行了分析,提出了可持续利用建议。目的是为果树栽培、食品加工、医药、园林绿化等部门合理开发利用甘肃胡頽子科野生果树资源提供依据。After the systematic research and comprehensive analysis of the germplasm resources of wild fruit tree of Elaeagnaceae,it is clear that there are 2 categories,11 species and 2subspecies of Elaeagnaceae resources in Gansu province.The fruits,rich with vitamin,carbohydrate and amino acids,can be eaten as a raw food,brewed as wine,processed as jam,made as fruitcake or fruit juice,and used as medicine.The paper mainly illustrate the wild fruit tree resources of Elaeagnaceae in Gansu from the perspective of its distribution,habitats,the commercial character and its usage,meanwhile,analyze the chemical composition and the utilization value of several wild fruit trees with high commercial value,and make a proposal of sustainable utilization of them.The paper aims to underlie the reasonable development and utilization of these resources in the field of fruit breeding,food processing,medicine,chemical industry and forestry.
