摘　　要：文章从权利的角度解读图书馆核心价值,并分析提炼其中的道德因素。通过对国内外图书馆或其组织发布的核心价值和道德规范进行分析论证,厘清其中基本问题,为图书馆道德规范建设提供理论依据,进一步为图书馆法治化建设提供参考。This article explores the core values and moral standards proclaimed by libraries and their organizations. Based on various cases taken both in China and abroad, it analyzes and discusses the relationships between these elements and introduces some theoretical references that might contribute to the construction of a system of legal regulations in high-school libraries.
