摘  要:通过在生物滴滤塔中接种脱硫杆菌,以H_2S和NH_3为研究对象,选用合适的循环液喷淋量、循环液pH值以及进气中目标污染物的质量浓度,考察NH_3的存在对系统净化H_2S效果的影响。结果表明:当循环液喷淋量为120~160 mL/h,pH值为6~7.5,停留时间为34s,进气中NH_3的质量浓度小于80 mg/m^3,H_2S的质量浓度在800~1 500 mg/m3时,进气中H_2S和NH_3的去除效率为99%和70%以上。说明该系统对H_2S具有较好的处理能力,同时低质量浓度NH_3的存在不影响生物滴滤塔对H_2S的净化效果。在该生物净化装置中,H_2S通过生物降解作用主要转化为SO^(2ˉ)_4,NH_3则主要以(NH_4)_2SO_4的形式被去除。低质量浓度NH_3存在时,系统无需对pH值进行调节。This paper is to report its investigation results on the effects of hydrogen sulfide removal at the presence of low concentrated ammonia in the bio-trickling filter. Our experiments were conducted in a lab-scale condition, in which deodorizing sulfide bacteria were inoculated in the ceramic container. In the process of our experiment recycled liquid current were used with the pH value and the target contamination concentration being tested and proven appropriate for the system obtained. The experimental results show that when the recycled liquid current was 120-160 mL/h and the pH value 6-7.5, respectively; the empty bed residence time (EBRT) should be equal to 34 s. At the same time, the concentration of hydrogen sulfide inlet should be 800-1 500 mg/m3 with the concentration of ammonia being less than 80 mg/m3. In so doing, the removing efficiency of hydrogen sulfide and ammonia were made to reach over 99% and 70% respectively. The above data also indicate that hydrogen sulfide could be removed by the bio-trickling filter effectively and the low concentration of ammonia prove not to be affected. In addition, hydrogen sulfide removal efficiency may also be suppressed significantly by ammonia at higher concentrations. In the given biological system, both the microbial degradation and physical chemistry prove to play an important role in the process of treatment. As the result of analysis, hydrogen sulfide proves to be mainly oxidized into sulfate by deodorizing sulfide bacteria, with part of ammonia removed chiefly in the form of ammonia sulfate in chemical reactions. Another part of ammonia was used as nitrogen source by sulfide bacteria and other microbes. In treating hydrogen sulfide at the presence of ammonia, stronger impact of the ammonia with the nutrient sprinkling rate can be found on the cleaning efficiency than the hydrogen sulfide. However, in the long run, hydrogen sulfide can be was eliminated by the biofilm process, which tends to be highly stable. Nevertheless, there is no need to adjust the pH
