在用车尾气检测方法的研究进展

摘　　要：总结了当前使用的汽车尾气检测法(怠速法、双怠速法、ASM法、IM240/IM195、VMAS法)的检测原理,重点介绍了ASM法和VMAS法的检测设备及检测方法。分析了各种检测方法的优缺点,以寻求适合于当前汽车尾气检测的最优检测方法。简述了国内外汽车尾气检测技术(CAN总线技术、虚拟仪器技术、脉内光谱检测技术、光腔衰荡光谱技术、模糊补偿技术等)的最新研究。最后提出了尾气检测法的进一步研究方向。The present paper would like to make a comprehensive research revision over the detection and measuring methods of the in-use vehicle emission. As is known, as the environmental pollution problem has been becoming an ever more social and environmental concern, more and more advanced efficient and reliable technologies and facilities are called for to help to reduce the emissions of the exhausts from the vehicles in use. In answering to the urgent need, we would like to make a summery of a few kinds of currently used detection and examination methods and principles in this connection, such as Idling Method, Double Idling Method, ASM, IM240/IM195 and VMAS. However, particular stress should be here put on the methods of Acceleration Simulation Mode （ASM） and Vehicle Mass Analysis System （VMAS） with the testing facilities used by the two methods being introduced. In edition, the above said detection methods are going to be compared, so as to find the optimal detection methods that are most suitable for the current application. More accurately speaking, ASM method usually assumes two condition tests： ASM5025 and ASM2540. In contrast to the steady loading method based on the concentration of the emission, the quality emission test prefer to take up more accurate simulation of the vehicles＇ actual working conditions and more objective and impartial evaluation of the vehicles＇ emission situation. When the ASM method is used and experimental comparison of the method with the idling one or the double idling one, three vehicle emissions are likely to be found with the ASM method, that is, HC, CO and NOx comprehensively, which implies that the method is more suitable for car emissions detection. As to IM195 and VMAS, it can be said that it is more suitable for new car authentication emission test.
