摘  要:通过在实验室条件下,对反应时间、初始pH、H2O2及FeSO47H2O用量的改变,研究了Fenton试剂降解黄药生产废水中的异戊基黄药效果并探讨其降解机理。正交试验的结果表明了不同参数的改变对降解异戊基黄药影响依次为:反应初始pH>H2O2用量>FeSO47H2O与H2O2的交互作用>FeSO47H2O用量。实验得出了最佳工艺条件:在pH=3,H2O2用量10ml/L,FeSO47H2O用量100mg/L和反应时间为60min的情况下,COD去除率达到84.38%,而黄药降解率则达到99.55%。The treatment of isoamyl xanthate in xanthate production wastewater by Fenton reagent was reported in this paper.Simultaneously,the removal mechanism of isoamyl xanthate was also preliminarily discussed.The effect of reactive time、initial pH、H2O2 and FeSO47H2O dosage to xanthate degradation were studied respectively.Orthogonal test indicated,the impact on the degradation of the order of initial pH,H2O2 dosage and combining of FeSO47H2O and H2O2,the last is FeSO47H2O dosage.When the reaction condition are pH=3,=10ml/L,[FeSO47H2O]=100mg/L,and reactive time is 60 min,the removal of xanthate is up to 99.55%,meantime,removal of COD is 84.38%.
