摘　　要：提高库存服务水平、降低库存成本是所有企业追求的目标。本文主要利用markov链,对随机需求下低消耗物品的三种订货策略,从订货策略的服务水平、每周期的平均销售量、每周期资金平均占用量三项指标,作出分析。The common goal for all the enterprises is to enhance inventory service levels while lowering the inventory costs.Here,based on the Markov chain,we analyzed three order polices for low consumption goods under the stochastic demand in terms of services for order policies,the average sales for each period,and the average fund percentage for each period.
