摘  要:目的为了充分有效地管理和利用医学知识资源,本体论被引入到医学知识组织当中。本文描述了医学本体知识库的构建步骤,构建出包括中医本体和西医本体两大分支的医学本体框架。方法采用NKI(national knowledge infrastructure)本体描述语言,结合已有的医学知识,分4级举例给出冠心病类的详细设计过程,引入美国斯坦福大学的大型本体构建工具Protégé,并使用Protégé2000构建冠心病医学知识体系,同时进行了初步的应用。结果通过对比已有的医学知识组织形式,本文所建立的医学本体系统具有可行性、可扩展性和可重用性的特点。结论基于本体的医学知识库将可能有效解决医学知识工程领域的多个问题。Objective To manage and use the medical'knowledge resources effectively, we used the ontology to organize a medical knowledge base. This paper presented a building method for medical knowledge base. According to the approach, we established an ontological structure including Chinese traditional medical ontology and western medical ontology. Methods With the combination of the existent medical knowledge base, we applied NKI frame language to the system, and built the category of coronary heart disease (CHD) and other relevant categories. Based on the introduction of ontology theory, we utilized the Protege 2000 of Stanford, the construction and maintenance tool of ontology, designed and completed medical knowledge base based on ontology. Results The medical knowledge base based on ontology was compared with the present medical knowledge base and it was indicated that the proposed system possessed the specialties of feasibility, extendibility and reusability. Conclusion The medical knowledge base based on ontology is supposed to be applied in some medical knowledge engineering fields.
