摘　　要：2010年以来山西省风电进入快速发展阶段,根据省发改委组织编制的山西省"十二五"风电总体规划,2015年风电装机规模将达到12 000 MW,在分析山西省风电发展存在问题的基础上,从政策及保障措施方面提出相关建议,确保山西风电健康有序发展。Since 2010,the wind power in Shanxi Province has developed rapidly.According to the ＂Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂ in terms of wind power in Shanxi Province,which is organized by Shanxi Development and Reform Commission,the installed capacity of wind power will have reached to 12 000 MW by 2015.Based on the analysis on the problems of wind power development in Shanxi Province,this article,based on the policy and safeguard measures,put forward some suggestions to ensure the stable and orderly development of wind power in Shanxi.
