摘 要:抽汽压损是一种不明显的热力损失,使蒸汽的作功能力下降、热经济性降低。首先定性分析抽汽压损对机组经济性的影响,根据的物理意义定义锅炉效率、机组效率、发电耗率的数学表达式;由小扰动理论和微分理论,建立抽汽压损变化对抽汽量影响的微分关系式,以及锅炉效率、机组效率、发电耗率变化与抽汽量变化的微分关系式。结合N1000-25/600/600机组,定量分析抽汽压损变化对锅炉效率、机组效率、发电耗率的影响。Extraction steam pressure loss is a subtle thermal power loss,but it will lead to decrease in working capacity of steam and thermal economy of a power plant.Firstly,it makes qualitative analysis on the influence of extraction steam pressure loss upon unit economy,and mathematical formulae for the boiler exergy efficiency,the unit exergy efficiency,and exergy consumption rate were defined.On the basis of the small perturbation theory and differential theory,this paper established differential relationship between extraction steam pressure loss and extraction flow,as well as differential relationship between the change of extraction flow and the change of the boiler exergy efficiency,the unit exergy efficiency,and exergy consumption rate.And finally,this paper analyzed the quantitative on the influence of extraction steam pressure loss upon the boiler exergy efficiency,the unit exergy efficiency,exergy consumption rate on N1000-25/600/600 unit.
