福建省属公益类科研院所科技人力资源状况分析

摘　　要：科技人力资源是福建省属公益类科研院所科技创新的主体,其规模、结构、分布及流动等均影响着院所的发展乃至福建省科技整体发展水平。该文总结了39家福建省属公益类科研院所的科技人力资源发展概况,并从学科分布、学历分布和职称分布分析了省属公益类科研院所科技人力资源的分布特点,同时对人员流动情况进行了简要分析。Science and technology human resource is the main body for scientific and technological innovation of non --profit research institutions in Fujian, with its scale, structure, distribution and flow all affecting the development of institution and the development level of science and technology in Fujian. This paper summarized the development situation of 39 non--profit research institutions in Fujian. And the distribution characteristics of science and technology human resource were analyzed from subject distribution, record of formal schooling and title distribution. Last, the flow situation of scientific and technological personnel was briefly analyzed.
