摘 要:目的:建立可视化人体的冠状动脉血管三维模型。并探讨立体化可视模型在心血管教学中的应用。方法:选取正常及异常患者连续冠状动脉血管横断面图像,在计算机上利用RadioDexter软件行三维重建的立体显示。并应用于心血管疾病的教学中。结果:重建出了正常冠状动脉及异常冠状动脉血管的三维可视化模型。该模型可以任意缩放和任意角度旋转,可显示不同血管间的毗邻关系和空间构象,在心血管疾病的见习课中应用收到了良好的效果。结论:冠状动脉可视化模型可促进学生对冠状动脉血管解剖结构的理解和掌握,增加了学习的兴趣并更有利于与对病变血管阻塞程度直接认识。Objective: To establish a visual three-dimensional model of human coronary artery and discuss the three-dimensional visual model of cardiovascular teaching in cardiology. Methods: Consecutive patients with normal and abnormal coronary artery cross-sectional images were selected, and computer software and RadioDexter software were used to reconstruct three-dimensional of the stereoscopic display and applied to the teaching of cardiovascular disease. Results: The normal and abnormal coronary artery visualization model has been reconstructed. The model can be arbitrarily scaled and rotated at any angle, and can display adjacent to the relations between different vessels and conformation, and three-dimensional measurement of the distance and angle. Good result has been received in the application of RadioDexter system in students' probation of cardiovascular disease teaching. Conclusion: Three-dimensional visualization of coronary vascular structure model can promote understanding and mastering coronary artery anatomy for students, and increase interest in learning more with the obstructive lesion.
