摘  要:目的:通过观察甘石冰脑洗剂对小鼠皮肤中P物质(substance P,SP)吸光度和含量的影响,探讨其止痒的机理。方法:将50只生漆致敏的小鼠随机分为甘石冰脑洗剂低剂量组(低剂量组)、甘石冰脑洗剂中剂量组(中剂量组)、甘石冰脑洗剂高剂量组(高剂量组)、对照组(炉甘石洗剂)、蒸馏水组,每组10只,取蒸馏水组背部远离造模区3 cm处正常皮肤组织约4 cm2作为空白组。应用ELISA法检测小鼠背部生漆致敏的皮肤组织中SP的吸光度和含量。结果:甘石冰脑洗剂各剂量组和对照组均可降低SP的含量及OD值,而甘石冰脑洗剂各剂量组降低更为明显,且中、高剂量组更接近空白组,并且SP含量的降低与甘石冰脑洗剂存在剂量依赖关系。结论:甘石冰脑洗剂可能通过降低小鼠皮肤中SP的含量发挥止痒作用。Objective:To explore the anti-itch mechanism of Ganshi Bingnao lotion through observing its effect on the absorbance and content of the substance P(SP)in the skin of animal models.Methods:50 mice models sensitized by Chinese lacquer were divided into treatment group(treated with low,middle and high dose of Ganshi Bingnao lotion respectively),control group(treated with calamine lotion)and distilled water group.Skin away from sensitized area of distilled water group was set as blank control group(n=10).The absorbance and content of SP in skin of mice were examined by ELISA.Results:The absorbance and content of SP in treatment groups and control group were reduced,and those in middle and high dose groups were more closer to those in blank control group.Moreover,results showed that Ganshi Bingnao lotion could reduce the content of SP in dose-dependency.Conclusion:Ganshi Bingnao lotion posseses anti-itch effect by reducing content of SP in skin of mice.
