摘　　要：首先回顾我国能源价格形成机制的历史,指出能源产品价值没有完全反映在能源产品价格中;然后,在边际机会成本定价的理论框架下,考虑能源自然资源价值和环境破坏外部性,从理论上分析能源产品的价值构成,进行能源产品价值估算案例研究并提出政策建议。This paper reviews the history of energy pricing mechanism, and indicates that the price fails to reflect the value of energy product. Under the framework of MOC pricing, it analyzes the composition of value of energy product theoretically considering natural resource value and environmental externalities. Then, it conducts a case study of energy product evaluation and proposes suggestions for energy policy.
