提高竖罐炼锌工艺蒸锌冶炼回收率的实践

摘　　要：分析了影响锌冶炼回收率的各种因素,针对影响因素,提出了采用降低残渣含锌,提高蒸锌直产率、减少废水夹带、完善收尘设施、恢复TD炉正常生产等措施。实践证明,措施可行,蒸锌回收率提高了0.8%。Factors of influencing smelting recovery were analysed. For solving these influencing factors, some methods of reducing the zinc content in residue, increasing output rate of distilled zinc, decreasing entrainment in waste water, perfecting the dust collector, recovering TD furnace were put forward. By using these methods, distilled zinc recovery has been increased by 0.8%.
