摘　　要：综述了驱蚊香草组织培养的研究进展,包括组织培养过程中的选材、消毒,培养基的选择、炼苗移栽,以及培养基中各添加物对组织培养的影响,并从理论上对研究前景进行了展望。This paper described the development of tissue culture of Pelargonium citrosum Vanleenii from the explants, sterilization methods, choosing medium, hardening-seedling and transplanting techniques and the effect of various additives on tissue culture, and its development was viewed theoretically.
