摘　　要：服务外包作为一种智力密集型的高端产业和绿色产业,具有无污染、低能耗、少占地、少投入、高产出、高效率等特点和优势,已经成为江苏省经济转型升级的优先发展方向。文章运用SWOT方法深入分析了江苏省服务外包产业发展的优势与劣势、机会与威胁,并在此基础上制定出符合实际的发展战略。As a high-end intelligence-intensive industry and green industry,service outsourcing industry has the following features and advantages： no pollution,low energy,less land,less investment,high output and high efficiency.Service outsourcing industry has become the priority development direction of economic transformation and upgrading in Jiangsu Province.By using the SWOT analysis method,this paper deeply analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the development of service outsourcing industry in Jiangsu Province.Besides,the paper also comes up with the realistic development strategy.
