摘 要:在综合分析水环境承载力概念的基础上,重点考虑与水环境系统的水量、水质和水生态直接相关的变量,兼顾技术和管理等社会调节活动对水环境系统功能的影响,设计构建了水环境承载力的评价指标体系,并采用向量模法对山东省的水环境承载力进行了定量评价。结果表明:受用水效率提高、水污染控制能力增强等因素的影响,山东省水环境承载力整体上呈上升趋势,其评价值由2001年的0.4601提高到2009年的0.8488。Based on concept of comprehensive analysis of water environment carrying capacity,mainly focused on the water volume,water quality in relation to water environmental system and variables in relation to water ecology,in combination with effect of social adjusting activities as technology and management on the function of water environment and system,the paper designed and constructed the evaluation index system for the water environment carrying capacity,carry out the quantitative evaluation to the water environment carrying capacity of Shandong Province by using the vector norm method.As a result,due to these influence factors such as enhancement of water efficiency and increase in control ability of water pollution and so on,the water environment carrying capacity in Shandong Province has entirely shown a rising tendency,and its evaluation value is enhanced from 0.4601 in 2001 to 0.8488 in 2009.
