两种腹腔镜防雾效果观察与成本对比的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨碘伏纱布擦拭法用于腹腔镜防雾效果,同时与温热盐水预热法进行成本对比。方法:将120例腹腔镜手术患者随机分为两组。试验组60例用碘伏纱布擦拭法;对照组60例用温热盐水预热法,比较两组防雾效果及价格差异。结果:两种防雾方法均有效,但手术时间长于30min时,试验组的防雾效果优于对照组;试验组和对照组在成本上有显著差异。结论:碘伏纱布擦拭法用于腹腔镜镜头防雾效果明显且成本较低,适合在腹腔镜手术中广泛应用。Objective：To investigate the iodophor gauze swab for laparoscopic anti-fog effect and study on cost as compared with the preheating salt water. Methods：120 cases of laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups：experimental group of 60 patients with iodophor gauze swab and control group of 60 patients with warm salt water preheating method. The anti-fog effect and the price were compared between the 2 groups. Results：The anti-fog method was observed for both methods. However, for operation lasting over 30 min, the anti-fog effect was better in the experimental group than in the control. There was significant difference in cost between the 2 groups. Conclusion：Iodophor gauze swab is good for anti-fog purpose in laparoscopic treatment and its cost is low. Therefore, it can be widely used in laparoscopic treatment.
