摘　　要：目的:探讨小型钛板解剖复位内固定治疗髁状突骨折临床应用价值。方法:选择64例低位髁状突骨折且有移位,移位角度大于30°～45°,升支垂直高度降低超过4～5mm的患者,采用小型钛板复位。结果:术后患者创口均一期愈合,咬合关系恢复良好,术后半个月张口度大于25mm。结论:小型钛板内固定术可以有效恢复骨折髁状突的解剖复位,可早期恢复下颌功能运动。Objective：To determine the clinical value of the small titanium plate anatomical repositioning internal fixation for condyle facture. Methods：A total of 64 patients with low condyle fractures shifting more than 30 oAngle-45 o were treated with the fixation. Results：Postoperative results were good. Conclusion：The fixing method can be used for early recovery of condyle function.
