摘　　要：目的:保证血液透析过程的安全性、持续性,避免在透析机发出报警后因操作不当而引发医疗事故。方法:根据透析过程中透析机的报警,查阅维修操作手册,结合SOP的要求总结出步骤和方法。结果:不需查阅维修操作手册,就能快速处理透析机电导率、温度、漏血、空气、静脉压等各种报警。结论:根据SURDIAL单人透析机维修操作手册提示,严格按照SOP的操作标准执行,就可减少透析过程中因临床处理延误而造成的渗血、凝血、血肿等医疗事故。Objective：To ensure the safety and continuity during the hemodialysis and avoid malpractice due to misoperation after the hemodialysis machines alarming. Methods：We summarized procedures and methods according to the alarm of hemodialysis machine during the hemodialysis, manual of operations, and the requirements of blood purification standard operating procedure（SOP）. Results：We could no longer look up to the manual of operations. Meanwhi8le, we could rapidly deal with various kinds of alarms of hemodialysis machine such as conductivity,temperature, blood leak, air leak, venous pressure etc. Conclusion：Malpractices due to misoperation during the hemodialysis such as blood leak, blood clot and hematoma etc. could be decreased according to the manual of SURDIAL single hemodialysis machine operations and strictly executing the SOP.
