中青年代谢综合征护理综合干预的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨中青年代谢综合征的护理综合干预方法及临床意义。方法:选择2009年8月～2010年12月在我院内分泌科住院的2型糖尿病(T2DM)并代谢综合征(MS)患者280例,将其随机分为对照组和护理综合干预组,每组各140例,对照组患者接受医院常规护理手段进行干预,护理综合干预组在对照组护理的基础上采用网络形式以心理干预、饮食干预、运动干预为重点的护理综合干预方法。分别采用改良的密西根糖尿病知识测试问卷(DKT)及Deborah的DM自我管理量表对两组患者干预前后的知识及综合管理水平进行评定。结果:两组经护理干预后BMI、腰围、空腹血糖、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)各指标均明显改善(均P<0.05),且两组间差异也均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。干预后两组患者知识及综合管理水平显著提高(均P<0.05),且两组间差异也均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:护理综合干预可减少中青年代谢综合征危险因素水平,对代谢异常有明显的改善作用。Objective：To study the comprehensive nursing intervention methods and clinical significance on young and middle-aged metabolic syndrome（MS）.Methods：280 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） and metabolic syndrome（MS） patients were chosen from August 2009 to December 2010 in our hospital endocrine division,and were randomly divided into the control group and the comprehensive nursing intervention group of each 140 cases,hospital nursing intervention conventional means were given to the control group patients,comprehensive nursing intervention group were given network form psychological intervention on the basis of the control group,which included mental intervention,diet intervention and exercise intervention.The Michigan diabetes test questionnaire knowledge（DKT） and Deborah DM self management of scale were used in two groups of patients before and after intervention to evaluate the knowledge and comprehensive management level.Results：BMI,waistline,FBG,TG,HDL-C,SBP,DBP were markedly improved in two groups of patients after the intervention（all P〈0.05）,and the differences between the two groups were also statistically significant（all P〈0.05）.The knowledge and comprehensive management level in two groups of patients after intervention increased significantly（all P〈0.05）,and the differences between the two groups also were statistically significant（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive intervention nursing can reduce the young and middle-aged metabolic syndrome risk factors level,obviously improve the metabolic abnormalities.
