改进桡动脉穿刺法的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:改进桡动脉穿刺方法,提高一次穿刺成功率,减轻患者疼痛。方法:选取我院100例需检测血气分析的患者,将其随机分成观察组(改进后)50例和对照组(常规)50例,分别记录两组穿刺法的穿刺时间、穿刺结果、疼痛程度及血肿情况,并进行统计学分析。结果:两组穿刺时间、穿刺结果和疼痛程度比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组血肿比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:改进后桡动脉穿刺方法较常规法穿刺时间短,一次穿刺成功率高,患者疼痛感减轻。Objective：To improve the improved puncture method of radial artery to improve the success rate of a puncture,and reduce patients＇ pain.Methods：100 cases who needed to detect blood gas analysis of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,observation group（improved） 50 cases and the control group（conventional） 50 cases.The puncture needle time,puncture results,level of pain and hematoma situation of two groups were recorded and analyzed statistically.Results：There were significant differences in the puncture needle time,puncture results,level of pain of observation group,which compared with control group（P〈0.01）.There was no significant difference in hematoma situation between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The results show that the improved puncture method of radial artery can shorten puncture time,improve the success rate of puncture,and reduce pain.
