可多重固化聚氨酯涂饰剂的制备及性能研究

摘  要:制备了水性多重固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(MPUA),重点研究丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)用量对其乳液及固化涂膜性能的影响。结果表明:红外分析证实聚氨酯丙烯酸酯具有多重固化特性;乳液粒径随HEA用量的增加而变小,乳液粒径分布变窄。涂膜的抗张强度和耐液体介质能力随着HEA用量的增加而提高,而断裂伸长率和拉伸-回弹率降低。MPUA的微相分离程度较小,软硬段的相容性较好;HEA用量增加,软段的玻璃化温度(Tg)上升,初始分解温度(Ti)提高,材料热稳定性增加。Waterborne multi-curable polyurethane-acrylate (MPUA) was prepared, and the properties of emulsion and film with different dosage of hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA) were studied. Results show that character of multi-curing about MPUA is proved by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrum (FT-IR). Average particle size of emulsion become small and particle size distribution become narrow with increasing dosage of HEA. Tensile strength and liquid medium- resistance of film are improved with increasing dosage of HEA, which elongation at break and tensile-elasticity recovery ratio are reduced with increasing dosage of HEA. Micro-phase separation of MPUA is not obvious, that exhibits good compatibility between soft segment and hard segment. Glass transition temperature(Tg) of soft segment and initial decomposition temperature(Ti) is found to raise with increasing dosage of HEA, which imply thermal stability of MPUA increase.
