摘　　要：研究了利用铬泥再生制备铬鞣剂的工艺方案,双氧水氧化铬泥的最佳条件为:双氧水用量60%、氢氧化钠用量10%、温度60℃、反应时间60min;酸化还原最佳条件为:硫酸20%、两步铬泥配比1∶3。制备的铬鞣剂性能良好,鞣制的蓝湿革的收缩温度可达到100℃,基本达到了新鲜铬粉的鞣制性能。Chrome sludge is used to prepare tanning agent by hydrogen peroxide oxidation. The optimal oxidation conditions are as follows： H2O2 60%, NaOH 10%, temperature 90℃, time 60min., H2SO4 20%, ratio of two steps chrome sludge 1∶3. Results show that the tanning properties of recovered tanning agent are as good as that of the common chrome tanning agent. The Ts of wet blue could reach 100℃, and the leather has good handle and fullness.
