铬鞣革屑在制备油田堵水凝胶中的应用研究

摘　　要：铬鞣革屑为制革行业固体废弃物,因含有一定量的铬离子,其再利用受到严格限制,而用于油田堵水调剖的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶一般采用铬离子为交联剂,以此为依据,二者结合可以将铬鞣革屑用于制备油田堵水凝胶,利用其纤维韧性及含有铬离子的特性,起到增强剂及补铬剂的作用。研究采用铬鞣革屑与聚丙烯酰胺及其它助剂制备出堵水凝胶,考察铬革屑对聚丙烯酰胺复合凝胶性能的影响。结果表明:以聚丙烯酰胺质量浓度为0.5%,铬革屑添加量为质量浓度1.5%时,凝胶强度最好。A combination of both chrome tanning shavings and polyacrylamide was used for the preparation of water shut-off gel. The fibre tenacity and containing chromium ion characteristics play a role in enhancer and supplement chromium agent. Leather shavings, polyacrylamide and some other assistant were used to prepare the water shutoff gel. The influence of leather shavings on the composited gel performance was investigated. It shows that when polyacrylamide concentration is 0.5%, leather shavings concentration is1.5%, the gel strength is best.
