地沟油氧化亚硫酸化制备加脂剂及其在制革中的应用

摘　　要：将地沟油在不同温度下进行催化氧化,测定最佳的催化氧化温度和催化氧化时间,利用亚硫酸化对该条件下地沟油进行改性,制备皮革加脂剂,并将所得地沟油加脂剂应用于制革的加脂工段。试验发现,合成地沟油加脂剂最佳反应温度为70℃、反应时间为3h和焦亚硫酸钠用量为8%;施加地沟油加脂剂所得皮革的断裂伸长率、抗张强度和柔软性优于或接近于鱼油、磷脂、牛蹄油、合成油加脂剂所得皮革的性能。Waste oil were modified at different temperatures with catalytic oxidation. And the best catalytic oxidation temperature and oxidation time was obtained. The waste oil fatliquoring that were preparated with sulfitation modification were applied in leather fatliquoring process. The results show that the optimal sulfitation temperature is 70℃, the time is 3hours and coke sulfite dosage is 8%.Elongation, tensile strength and flexibility of leather fatliquored with waste oil are better than or close to that of fish oil, lecithin, neatsfoot oil, synthetic oil.
