动静脉泵应用在乳腺癌术后患肢淋巴水肿的效果观察

摘　　要：目的评价动静脉足泵在治疗乳腺癌术后患肢淋巴水肿的效果。方法对36例乳腺癌术后合并患肢淋巴水肿的患者应用动静脉泵治疗仪治疗,40 min/次,2次/d进行干预。同时观察患肢皮肤的完整性、皮肤颜色、温度、手背动脉搏动、手心压力感觉等,并在治疗前后进行比较。结果治疗4周后患者腕部周长测量值较治疗前减少(8.26±3.58)mm,肘部减少(9.67±3.54)mm,肩部减少(10.58±5.52)mm。结论动静脉泵治疗仪治疗乳腺癌术后患肢淋巴水肿有较好的疗效,值得推广使用。Objective To evaluate the effect of arteriovenous pump in treating postoperative breast cancer patients with limb lymphedema Methods The arteriovenous pump was applied to 36 postoperative breast cancer patients who suffered from limb lymphedema. Intervention was given twice a day with 40 minutes each time. At the same time observation was done in terms of limb skin integrity, skin color, temperature, the opisthenar arteriopalmus, and the feeling pressure of the palm. The values were compared before and after the treatment. Results After 4 - week long treat- ment, wrist circumference measurements decreased （8.26 ±3.58） mm compared with the value before the treatment, elbow （9.67 ±3.54） mm, and shoulder （10.58 ± 5.52） mm. Conclusion The application of arteriovenous pump is effective in treating postoperative breast cancer patients with limb lymphedema and is worth popularizing.
