慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者依从性对其鼻内镜术后恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的依从性对鼻窦术后恢复的影响,并寻找护理对策,达到促进患者康复,减少复发的目的。方法收集43例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者术后的调查问卷和鼻内镜随访资料,分析依从性是否影响鼻窦术后黏膜的转归。结果依从性评分与鼻内镜Lund-Kennedy评分负相关,依从性越高,鼻内镜Lund-Kennedy评分越低,术后鼻窦黏膜上皮化越早(P<0.05)。结论有效翔实的健康教育可提高患者的依从性,从而促进慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的术后的早期恢复,减少复发。Objective To observe the compliance of patients with CRS influence on the sinusoid mucosal epitheliosis after endoscopic surgery, find out nursing countermeasures, facilitate the patients＇ rehabilitation and reduce recurrence of CRS. Methods Forty- three patients＇ compliance questionnaire and nasal endoscopy materials were collected. The re - epitheliosis of nasal mucosa was observed under nasal endoscopy during a follow - up over three monthsl Results The compliance score was negatively correlated to that of nasal endoscopy, and patients with good compliance after endoscopic surgery apparently promoted re - epitheliosis and shortened the treatment course. Conclusion It is important to improve the compliance of patients with CRS and reduce recurrence rate of CRS to carry out overall, systematic and appropriate health education.
