摘 要:目的分析了2型糖尿病(DM2)患者血浆GHbA1C水平与Hcy水平的相关性。方法应用直接酶法和两点速率法分别对61例2型糖尿病患者血浆GHbA1C水平与Hcy水平进行测定,并与35例正常健康者作比较。结果 2型糖尿病患者血浆GHbA1C水平与Hcy水平非常显著地高于正常对照组(P<0.01),血浆GHbA1C水平与Hcy水平呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论检测2型糖尿病患者血浆GHbA1C水平与Hcy水平的变化对疗效观察、预后判断均具有重要的临床价值。Objective To explore the correlation between plasma GHbA1C and Hcy levels in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Plasma GHbA1C(with enzymatic) Hcy(with Biochem- istry)levels were measured in 61 patients with type 2 diabetes and 35 controls. Results Plasma GHbA1C and Hcy levels were significantly higher of the treatment group than those of the control (P〈 0.01). Plasma GHbA1C levels were significantly positively correlated with Hcy (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Detection of plasma GHbA1C and Hcy levels was useful for assessment of therapeutic efficacy and was of important clinical values in patients with type 2 diabetes.
