摘 要:为探索水稻卷叶性状的遗传特性及其在生长过程中对光能的利用情况,用全卷叶型水稻材料6G145与平展叶型材料进行杂交和回交,考察后代的卷叶性状遗传及光合性状表现。结果表明:F1的植株表现为平展叶,F2分离为3(平展叶)︰1(全卷叶),并伴有少量剑叶卷的植株,F2植株是全卷叶的F3还是全卷叶,而植株是平展叶的又再次分离为3(平展叶)︰1(全卷叶),剑叶卷的则没有变化;卷叶亲本与全卷叶和平展叶杂交的F2回交所得的BC1植株表现1(平展叶)︰1(全卷叶)。结论:6G145的卷叶性状是隐性性状,其遗传主要是受1对主基因控制,并伴有许多微效基因,卷叶植株的透光率、光饱和点、成穗率、结实率高于平展叶植株,叶片寿命比平展叶植株长。Hybridizing and backcrossing with the material of entirely roll leaf type 6G145 and expanded ones were conducted to explore the heredity of rice leaf roll traits and the utilization status of luminous energy in the growth stage.The results showed that leaves of F1 plants took on expanded type,F2 segregated to a rate of three(expanded leaves)to one(entirely roll leaves)with a tiny amount of roll flag leaves,the roll ones in F2 were still roll in F3,while the expanded ones segregated once more as the previous time with no variety roll flag leaves.Backcrossed with roll parent and the hybridized F2,plants of BC1 took on the rate of one(expanded leafs)to one(entirely roll leafs).The roll leaf trait of 6G145 was a recessive trait,and its heredity was controlled one pair of major gene with multi-pair of polygenes,the light transmittance,light saturated point,ear-bearing percentage and fruit bearing rate of the plant with curled leafs were larger than expanded leaves ones,and the leaves life span of the former was longer than the later.
