留茎高度对红芪生长及产量的影响

摘  要:为红芪的优质高产栽培提供理论依据和技术支撑,采用单因素随机区组法,在甘南高原地区研究了红芪剪茎高度对其生长和产量的影响。结果表明:红芪在7月下旬现蕾前进行剪茎,剪茎处理的主根长、根径、单株根干物质积累、折干率、一等率等经济性状优于不剪茎的处理,其中,以留茎高度50cm的经济性状最优,产量最高,极显著高于不剪茎的对照处理,增幅达30.86%。The single-factor randomized block design was used in the experiment of H.polybotrys to study the effect of cut stem height on growth and yield of H.polybotrys and to provide the theoretical basis and technical support for its quality and high yield cultivation.The results showed that main root length,root diameter,dry matter accumulation,drying rate and first-class rate of H.polybotrys by cutting stem before the budding stage were better than CK.The economic character and yield of H.polybotrys were the maximum when the height of cut stem was 50cm and the increase rate was up to 30.86% compared with CK.
