摘　　要：目的通过对检验分析前的质量问题存在的原因分析,降低不合格标本的发生率,提高护士对标本采集知识的掌握。方法护理部与检验科、信息科合作,完善条形码信息、制订《检验手册》全院护士共享、检验科专家讲课。结果经过护理部干预,护士采集不合格标本的发生率显著下降,护士对标本的采集知识的掌握显著提高。结论护理部通过对检验分析前的质量控制干预,可显著降低护士采集不合格标本的发生率,显著提高护士对标本采集知识的掌握。Objective The pre-analysis quality control of laboratory is very important, and nurses are the main part in the workers who do the pre-analysis work of laboratory. Methods After the analysis of the possible problems and reasons of the nurses in the pre-analysis work of laboratory, our nursing administration department Cooperated with the laboratory department and the information department. And after we improved the messages in the bar codes, made up the ＂laboratory manual＂ to be used in hospital internal network for the nurses, invited the expert of laboratory to give the nurses lectures, established the network of the pre-analysis quality control of the whole hospital etc. Results and Conclusions We dramatically decreased the incidence of notqualified specimens collected by the nurses, and dramatically increased the nurses＇ command of the knowledges about collection of specimens.
