新疆某三甲医院2006—2010年HIV抗体阳性结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解新疆某三甲医院2006—2010年174 784例门诊及住院患者HIV感染情况。方法分析5年HIV阳性率情况、构成情况及感染途径。采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测HIV抗体,HIV抗体阳性者再次复检,同时为阳性者送确认试验。结果 174 784例患者,HIV阳性患者1 510例(0.86%),2006年与2007—2010年每年的HIV阳性检出率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。传播途径以静脉吸毒和性传播为主。结论近年来HIV感染者在我区逐渐增多,应加强就医患者的HIV抗体检测,及早发现感染者和病人,提供咨询服务及关怀,同时降低职业暴露的风险。Objective To analyze the patients with HIV infection in a center hospitals in Xinjiang from 2006 to 2010,and the positive rate,composition,route of transmission,and provide the advisory services and care to HIV-positive persons.Methods Used ELISA HIV antibody test,HIV antibody positive recheck again,the same recognition was got for the WB test.Results This study include 174 784 patients,1 510（0.865%） were positive,from 2006 to 2010,the difference of the positive rate of every year was significant（P〈0.01）.The Transmission mainly by intravenous drug use and sexually transmitted.Conclusion HIV infection increased in recent years in our region,Strengthening HIV antibody test in patients,could early detect HIV infection and AIDS patient,and providing advisory services and care,while reducing the risk of occupational exposure.
