摘　　要：目的掌握新疆天山和阿尔泰山野生乌头药材资源的区系分布、生态环境、气候、土壤等基础数据。方法通过数据采集、样方测量、走访技术人员和气象部门及购买相关数据,对乌鲁木齐市、哈密市、新源县、尼勒克县、伊宁县、昭苏县、巩留县和布尔津县的野生乌头产区情况进行调查和分析。结果野生乌头分布东至哈密市,西至昭苏县,北至布尔津县,位于80°15′～93°17′E、42°57′～48°67′N经、纬度范围内,集中分布在海拔1 500～2 500m的亚高山地带,地理特征为"有山、有水、有海拔",总蕴藏量达到921t,但利用率仅有1.36%。结论新疆野生乌头药材资源分布集中,可以持续开发利用,但必须提高现代研究与开发水平。Objective To investigate the basic data about regional distribution, ecological condition and weather conditions of wild Aconitum L. resources in Mt. Tianshan and Aertai. Methods Data gathering, sampling surveys, interview and investigation were carried out to judge and analyze the conditions of wild Aconitum L. resources in Urumqi, Hami, Xinyuan County, Nileke County, Yining County, Zhaosu County, Gongliu County and Buerjin County. Results The wild resources of Aconitum L. were widely distributed, from Buerjin County to Hami and Zhaosu County, longitude from 80°15ˊ to 93°17ˊ, latitude from 42°57ˊ to 48°67ˊ, altitude distribution mainly from 1500 to 2500 meters. The factors of environment were mountain, water and height. The total resource deposit was about 921t, while the coefficient of utilization was only 1.36%. Conclusion The wild resources of Aconitum L. were focus distributed and maybe sustainable utilized, while measures must be taken to level up the research and development standardof it.
