2001—2010年新疆某肿瘤医院临床用血调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解新疆某肿瘤医院2001—2010年全血及成分血用量情况,为临床用血提供依据。方法收集2001—2010年乌鲁木齐市中心血站和昌吉州血站供给该肿瘤医院的血制品清单,包括不同类型的血制品总量及不同血型的血制品量,并由该肿瘤医院病案室的资料对收集到的资料进行补充。结果新疆某肿瘤医院2010年成分输血率达到99.87%;红细胞、血小板及血浆3种主要血制品用量也在不断增加,年平均增长速度分别为4.7%、4.2%和5.1%;同时去白悬浮红细胞及病毒灭活去白细胞血浆从2009年开始在临床应用,2010年比例分别占红细胞和血浆用量的23.9%和14.7%;B型血的成分血用量占所有4种血型的总用量的比重最高,每年不低于40%。结论新疆某肿瘤医院2001—2010年成分输血率不断升高,临床成分用血种类不断多元化,不同血型的应用分布和该地区少数民族的血型分布无明显差异。Objective To investigate blood for clinical using in Affiliated Tumor Hospital from the year 2001 to 2010 in order to provide the basis for clinical use. Methods The supply of blood product list was collected from the blood center stations of Urumqi and Changji which was applied to the tumor hospital in the past ten years,including the total blood quantity and different type of blood product quantity in every year..Then collected the data from the medical records dept to supplement the list. Results The composition of the blood infusion rate in this tumor hospital was rising in decade during the year 2001 to 2010.The three main blood product usages had also increased.Virus inactivated frozen plasma and Leukocyte-filtered red blood cells were also used in clinical in the year 2009The usages of red blood cells and plasma accounted 23.9% and 14.7% in 2010; Type B blood components had the highest proportion in all four kind of blood dosage, no less than 40% each year. Conclusion The composition of the blood infusion rate has reached advanced level in domestic; Clinical blood use species composition constantly diversification, the different type of application distribution is agree with the areas of minority blood type distribution.
