肾衰宁片治疗慢性肾衰竭临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨肾衰宁片治疗慢性肾衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效。方法:将96例CRF患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组48例。2组患者均给予优质低蛋白、低磷、高热量饮食,降压,利尿,抗感染,纠正贫血,调整水、电解质及酸碱平衡等一般治疗。对照组加用包醛氧化淀粉口服,5 g/次,3次/d。治疗组加用肾衰宁片口服,6片/次,3次/d。2组疗程均为45天。结果:治疗组总有效率达到85.4%,高于对照组41.7%,2组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后治疗组尿素氮、肌酐明显下降,血红蛋白明显上升,与对照组相比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:肾衰宁片治疗CRF具有服用方便、安全可靠、疗效确切、不良作用少等优点,。Objective：To study clinical effects of ShenShuaiNing tablets in treating chronic rend failure（CRF）.Method：96 cases with CRF were randomly divided into treatment group and group,all the patients were given of high quality low-protein and low-phosphorus and high calorie diet low-phosphorus and high calorie diet,decompression,diuresis anti-infection,Anemia Correction,correction water and acid-base balance were given,ect,the acidosis and so on,the control group were treated with Coated Aldehyde Oxystarch Capsules 5 g per time,3 times/d.The treatment group was treated with ShenShuaiNing tablets,6 tablets per time,3 times/d.A course of treatment was 45 days.Result：The total effective rate of treatment group（85.4%）,was much higher than of control group（41.7%）,with a significant difference between two groups（P0.01）.Urea nitrogen and creatinine of the treatment group decreased significantly after treatment,Hb was increase significantly,there was a significant difference compared with contral group（P0.01）.Conclusion：ShenShuaiNing tablet has advantages of safety,reliability,few adverse reactions and convenient in administration in treatment CRF,therefore deserving clinical develspment and applications.
