清利通淋汤对机体免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察清利通淋汤对机体免疫功能的影响。方法:采用环磷酰胺制造小鼠免疫功能低下模型,观察清利通淋汤对机体非特异性免疫功能和特异性免疫功能的影响。结果:清利通淋汤对环磷酰胺引起免疫功能低下小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能有明显促进作用。高、低剂量组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率及吞噬指数明显上升,与Cy模型对照组比较,差异均有显著意义(P<0.05);对环磷酰胺引起的小鼠免疫功能低下,清利通淋汤能明显促进腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能,升高T淋巴细胞酯酶染色率;清利通淋汤对环磷酰胺所致免疫功能低下小鼠T淋巴细胞酯酶染色率有明显升高作用;高、低2个剂量组与Cy模型对照组比较,差异分别具有极显著意义(P<0.01)和显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:清利通淋汤可增强机体免疫功能。Objective：To observe the influence of QingLi TongLinTang on immunity of organism.Method：The mouse models of immune hypofunction were established with cyclophosphamide.The influences of QingLi TongLinTang on specific and nonspecific immune function of organism were explored.Result：QingLi TongLinTang can improve significantly phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophage of mouse models with immune hypofunction caused by cyclophosphamide.The phagocytic rate and index of peritoneal macrophage of mouse models in high-dose and low-dose groups were obviously increased.Compared with Cy models control group,there was an obvious difference（P0.05）.QingLi TongLinTang can distinctly improve phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophage and elevate the esterase staining rate of T lymphocytes for immune hypofunction of mouse models established with cyclophosphamide.When high-dose and low-dose groups were compared with Cy models control group,there were an extreme（P0.01） and a significant difference（P0.05） respectively.Conclusion：QingLi TongLinTang can promote immune function of organism.
