摘　　要：目的:对靖远县87 672名中小学生进行先天性心脏病(以下简称先心病)调查,以了解在校中小学生患病情况。方法:采用询问病史和家族史、心脏听诊、体格检查等方法做初步筛选,对心脏杂音阳性者进一步行胸部X线、心电图、心脏彩色多普勒复查以确诊。结果:此次调查筛选出心脏有杂音或可疑杂音者1 912人,经进一步复查确诊为先心病患者191人,先心病患病率为0.217%。以室间隔缺损最为常见。结论:针对靖远县中小学生先心病发病的主要原因,应积极采取干预措施,降低当地儿童先心病的发生,提高人口素质。Objective：A study on congenital heart disease of 87672 pupils in Jingyuan county was carried out to know the conditions of congenital heart disease.Method：Initial screenings were done by asking medical history and family history,cardiac auscultation,physical examination,etc.the positive patients of heart murmur were futher confirmed through chest X-ray,ECG and cardiac color Doppler.Result：1912 pupils with heart murmur or suspicious noise were filtered out in the survey,and 191 were confirmed further with congenital heart disease,the rate was 2.17% and ventricular septal defects were the most common among them.Conclusion：The main causes for congenital heart disease of pupils in Jingyuan county were explored so that the interventions could be taken to lower the incidence of juvenile congenital heart disease and improve the quality of the population.
