骨刺消巴布剂治疗肩部软组织损伤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察骨刺消巴布剂治疗肩部软组织损伤的疗效。方法:将80例各类肩部软组织损伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组40例骨刺消巴布剂外敷,每次敷12～24小时,1次/d,连敷7天。对照组40例外用麝香壮骨膏,每次敷12～24小时,1次/d,连用7天。结果:治疗组总有效率67.50%,对照组总有效率45.00%;2组临床疗效症状评分比较均有显著性差异。结论:骨刺消巴布剂对肩部软组织损伤治疗疗效确切,便于推广。Objective：To observe efficacy of GuCiXiao cataplasm in treating shoulder soft tissue injury.Method： 80 patients with all kinds of shoulder soft tissue injuries were divided into treatment group and control group.40 cases as treatment group were externally administered with GuCiXiao cataplasm for 7 days,once per day,12～24 h/time and 40 cases as control group externally applied with SheXiang ZhuangGuGao for 7 days,once per day,12～24 h/time.Result：Total effective rate of treatment group was 67.50% including 11 cases cured,16 cases markedly effective,10 cases effective,3 cases ineffective,higher than 45.00% of control group.Comparisons of efficacy and symptom scores between 2 groups showed significant differences.4～6 months follow up with no recurrence over.Conclusion：GuCiXiao cataplasm was surely effective in treating shoulder soft tissue injury and worth promoting.
