摘　　要：目的:观察中医"烽火台"疗法结合口服中药汤剂治疗膝骨性关节炎(风寒湿型)疗效。方法:选取风寒湿证型膝骨性关节炎患者32例,观察"烽火台"疗法结合口服中药治疗前后患者的临床症状、功能改善情况。结果:治疗后患者临床症状、功能活动情况较治疗前明显改善,总有效率94%。结论:中医"烽火台"疗法结合口服中药汤剂治疗风寒湿证型膝骨性关节炎能明显改善患者的临床症状,恢复关节功能活动,提高生活质量。Objective：To observe the efficacy of FengHuoTai therapy associated with oral Chinese medicine in treating knee osteoarthritis with wind-cold-wetness syndrome.Method：32 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients with wind-cold-wetness syndrome were selected based on method of self-comparison to obtain the results of clinical symptoms and knee function after patients were treated with this therapy.Result：It was concluded that great improvement were made in aspects of symptoms,knee movement,and the total effctive rate was 94%.Conclusion：The FengHuoTai therapy matching with oral Chinese medicine in treating knee osteoarthritis with wind-cold-wetness syndrome could improve the symptoms of patients,recover the functional activity of joints and improve life quality.
