摘　　要：通过对近年来中医药治疗慢性胆囊炎文献的分析,认为目前对慢性胆囊炎病因病机的认识有气机失调、肝郁脾虚、中正失衡、肝阴不足等;治疗则有辨证施治、针药并用、经方加减以及中西医结合等。但仍存在样本过小,疗效标准不统一等问题。Literatures on chronic cholecystitis treated by traditional Chinese medicine in recent years are analyzed.It is found that the pathogenesis of chronic chelcystitis includes imbalance of Qi movement,spleen deficiency and liver stagnation,disorder of mid-energizer,insufficiency of liver Yin,etc and chronic chelcystitis should be treated through syndrome differentiation and treatment,combination of acupuncture and herbs,modification of classical formula,integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,and so on.But there still exists some problems such as small samples,different standards of effects and the others.
