新疆和田地区老人长寿影响因素的调查研究：新疆和田地区老人及长寿老人血清中元素含量与长寿关系的研究

摘　　要：目的了解新疆和田地区60岁以上老人的健康长寿与血清中元素含量的关系。方法采用分层整群抽样法对和田地区的60岁以上老人进行问卷调查及体格检查,测量采集的血清样品元素含量。结果 （1）不同性别老人在身高、体质量、胸围、腹围、肩胛骨下脂肪厚度差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,三角肌下脂肪厚度差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;不同县老人腹围差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,身高、体质量、胸围、三角肌下脂肪厚度和肩胛骨下脂肪厚度差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。（2）不同性别老人血清中Pb、Co、Cu、Zn、Mn、Fe、Se、As8种元素差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;不同县老人血清中Cu、Fe元素差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而Pb、Co、Zn、Mn、Se、As元素差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论和田地区老人的健康长寿的与血清中的Cu、Fe元素含量有关。Objective To understand the relationship between the longevity in Hetian area of Xinjiang and elements content by the investigation analysis of over 60 years old man in blood elements of the Xinjiang Hetian area.Methods To investigate their general condition and basic material by using cluster sampling method of Hetian area all ages in the old man carried on the questionnaire survey,and measuring element content of the collected serum sample.Results（1）The old man of different gender in height,body weight,chest circumference,waist circumference values and shoulder leather fat thickness were statistically significant（P0.05）,and in the deltoid muscle depth of fat under was not statistically significant（P0.05）;The waist circumference values of the old man in different counties was statistically significant（P0.05）,in height,body weight,chest circumference,deltoid muscle,fat thickness and the shoulder leather fat thickness were not statistically significant（P0.05）;（2） The eight serum elements of Pb,Zn,Cu,Co,Fe,Mn,Se,As with different gender were not statistically significant（P0.05）;The old man′s serum Cu,Fe elements in different counties were statistically significant（P0.05）,and Pb,Zn,Mn,Co,Se,As elements were not statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The elderly health and longevity associated with the old man＇′s serum Cu,Fe elements content.
