摘　　要：针对我国目前对电子计价秤的检定仍然以手工检定为主,检定效率低,工作强度高,检定结果受人为因素影响大等缺点,本文提出了一种新型的电子计价秤自动检定系统。系统采用LabVIEW作为操作界面的开发平台,利用PLC作为下位机控制标准砝码的加载和卸载,运用OPC配置实现PLC与LabVIEW的通讯,从而实现电子计价秤的自动检定过程。Point to the test of electronic price computing scale is based on hand verification, its efficiency is low, intensity of work is high, test results were affected by human factors, and some other disadvantages, this article proposes a new kind of electronic price computing scale automatic test system. The system uses LabVIEW as interface development platform, uses PLC as loading and unloading of low position control standards ＇weights, and applies OPC configuration to realize the communication between PLC and LabVIEW, in order to realize automatic test process of electronic price computing scale.
